While this all depends on where you live in the United States; the shipping time frames upon order processing are:
1. Standard (3-5 days)
2. Priority (2-3 days)
3. Overnight (1-day)
While we try to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, processing times depend on when the order is placed:
1. Ships within 1-2 days (Monday – Friday Morning)
2. Ships within 2-4 days (Friday Evening – Sunday)
3. Please allow extra processing time if your order is placed on or near a holiday or holiday weekend as our shipping center may be closed.
Provider codes are unique codes provided by a physician. They let us know that your physician has recommended an AmPurity product to you and depending on your physician, they can save you some money off the product’s list price. Provider codes can be used over the phone, or on our website. To enter a provider code on our website, locate the box on the product page that says “enter your healthcare provider code to see discount purchasing options:”
Discount codes, or promo codes are special discounts offered directly from AmPurity. These are often available during holidays and special events. Be sure to provide us with your email address so that you don’t miss out on these limited time discounts and promotions. They can oftentimes be combined with your provider code discount, but are not able to be combined with our auto-refill program.
Definitely not! We simply use physician referral codes for internal use and tracking which clinic/physician you had been recommended by.
AmPurity Supplements are offered in a few select stores around the country. If you have a question regarding a store near you, please contact our customer service team. AmPurity Supplements are primarily sold on www.ampurity.com and Amazon!
