This is a monthly plan with a recommended 3-month minimum commitment. The terms of this plan begins after the activation of your plan (first order). You are then billed monthly from 7 days prior to your subscription start date (first order). This is to assure you receive your monthly supplement each month and before you run out of your current supply. This plan is not transferable.
If you do not wish for this plan to auto-renew, you can cancel online or over the phone. There is no cancellation fee. Your cancellation will become effective 1-day prior to the date of cancellation. Cancellations that occur on the same day or after your billing cycle can be eligible for refunds, as per our refund policy.
Refunds are happily provided on unused bottles returned within 30 days of receipt. Please call Customer Care at 855-466-8632 to obtain a return authorization number. You must return your unused bottles to receive a refund within 30 days. Please note shipping charges are not refundable. All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibilities. Please call Customer Care within 60 days of receipt of the package at 855-466-8632 to obtain a return authorization.
